Using the software

UniKiosk is provided by UniCore Technologies LTD free of charge. You may install it on as many devices as you like, for commercial or non-commercial use, without a fee, a licence key or an account.

You may not:

• Sell the software itself, or a repackaged version of it.
• Remove or replace its branding and pass it off as your own.
• Use it to break the law where your screens are installed.

Templates and images

The layout templates are yours to use and modify freely, including commercially.

No warranty

The software is provided as is, without warranty of any kind. We do not promise it is free of defects, that it suits a particular purpose, or that it will run without interruption. You are responsible for testing it before you rely on it.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, UniCore Technologies LTD is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the software, including lost revenue, lost data or a screen that showed the wrong thing. Nothing here limits liability for death, personal injury or fraud, which cannot be limited by law.

Changes

We may change the software and these terms. Material changes will be dated on this page. Continuing to use the software after a change means you accept it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
