Will IT approve it?
Usually faster than a cloud product, because there is no outbound account, no tenant and no data leaving the network. The console is HTTP on the local network; put the panels on their own VLAN and nothing else is exposed.
Can it show our Outlook or Google room calendar?
Yes, through the published ICS URL of the room calendar. The calendar widget renders an agenda or a month view from it.
Does it work without a Google account on the device?
Yes. The APK is sideloaded and never asks for one.
