No. There is no cloud component. What a panel shows is stored on that panel, which is the reason clinics tend to choose it over a hosted product.
The live-text widget takes a value pushed over the local network, so a queue system on the same network can drive it. There is no built-in queue manager yet.
Audio is per-widget and off unless you add it. A silent waiting-room board is the default.
